One of the most successful recording artists of all time, Elton John CH CBE is an English singer, songwriter, pianist and composer. The London born artist holds the record for ‘the best selling single in history’ in both the UK and the US with Candle in The Wind dedicated to Princess Diana. His countless musical successes has scooped him every award out there, he is the prouder holder of 5 Grammy’s, 5 Brits, 2 Academy awards and 2 Golden Globes amongst others!

Sir Elton is also an important campaigner in the fight against AID and has his own foundation – The Elton John AIDS Foundation-  and it is due to both his work in charity and music that he has been Knighted by the Queen ‘For Service to Music and Charitable Services.’
