Ricky Gervais

Irreverent, brilliant and often controversial, stand up comedian, actor, producer and animal activist, Ricky Gervais is of course best known for the mockumentary series The Office, which he co-created with Stephen Merchant. Next came the sitcom Extras featuring guest appearances from David Bowie, Ben Stiller, Kate Winslet, Chris Martin and Patrick Stewart.

Hollywood beckoned and Gervais went onto appear in a number of films including Night at the Museum, Ghost Town, The Invention of Lying, Ghost Town and Muppets Most Wanted and now his series After Life is loved by millions.
