Vincent Cassel

Film star and trained ballet dancer, Vincent Cassel became a household name in his native France through his role as Vinz, a troubled French Jewish youth in Matthieu Kassovitz’s acclaimed, 1995 film La Haine (Hate), which earned him 2 César Award nominations.

Cassel has also appeared in a string of Hollywood movies including Ocean’s Twelve and Ocean’s Thirteen,  Eastern Promises, Black Swan and Jason Bourne.

He received universal plaudits for his portrayal of the infamous French bank-robber Jacques Mesrine in the two part biopic, Mesrine in Mesrine: Killer Instinct and Mesrine: Public Enemy Number One.
